1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BestRewardz (the "Service"), operated by BestRewardz Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
BestRewardz is a free-to-play social casino offering simulated slot, table, and video poker games for entertainment purposes only. The Service is not real money gambling. No purchase is necessary to play, and no real money prizes are awarded at any time.
3. Virtual Currency
The Service uses an in-game virtual currency ("Coins") for gameplay. Coins:
- Have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash, goods, services, or any item of real-world value.
- Are non-transferable between accounts.
- Are licensed for personal entertainment use only and remain the property of BestRewardz Inc.
- May be granted, deducted, modified, or expired at our discretion.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States (excluding any jurisdiction where social casino-style games are prohibited or restricted by law) to use the Service. By using BestRewardz you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is not directed to minors and is not intended for use where its content is unlawful. You are responsible for verifying that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you, including state laws — for example, the State of Washington has restrictive interpretations of social casino gameplay, and we ask Washington residents to refrain from using the Service.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create more than one account, share your account, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or any unauthorized means to access or interact with the Service.
- Exploit bugs, errors, or unintended Coin balances. Discovered exploits must be reported to [email protected].
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harassing purpose, or to upload harmful content.
- Bypass age verification, geographic restrictions, or self-exclusion settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including game art, code, logos, trademarks, sounds, and text — is owned by BestRewardz Inc. or our licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that any defect will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestRewardz Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BestRewardz Inc. from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and BestRewardz agree to waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice where reasonably possible. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
